UWRG was the key to restoring our home after a major water leak and subsequent damage to ceilings and floors. They were at our home a few hours after the damage was done and 8 hours later all was cleaned up, and dehumidifiers and fans were running. Throughout the process, the UWRG staff kept us informed about what they were doing and what they found. After the drying process was completed, they returned and completed their final assessment, filed their report, and we had our insurance claim settled within 2 days. We can't recommend UWRG more highly for any emergency situation where you need to mitigate damage.

Had a great experience with United Water Restoration this weekend. The responsiveness of the tech on the phone, ease of scheduling (especially for a weekend), thorough evaluation, honest estimate and recommendations were better than we expected for a disaster that we thought we had on our hands. The techs were knowledgeable and explained the entire situation and anticipated work very well. They helped put our worries at ease, and we are so grateful for their work today. I will hands down recommend this company and the techs that we had today to anyone.

This company is very responsive and has some of the most professional and personable staff you can ask for. The prices were more than competitive and surprisingly low compared to the top-notch quality of service and equipment used. I can’t say enough about them and would give them 10 stars if possible. If anyone reading this review and is comparing restoration services, save yourself the time and call them up.
